This store has consistently gone down hill over the past year. Even after the so called improvements, not much point having nice new fittings if there's nothing in them. Cardboard everywhere on the floor, fresh items with very short shelf life making it almost impossible to do a weekly shop. Something is also growing behind the drinks display, food hygiene inspectors
should visit, I genuinely think they would shut them down. Shame as this used to be a great store.

Not enough staff on click and collect. Waited 30 mins still 10 cars in front. And you pay for this "service". You can't call them or cancel the order. The worst supermarket in the area imo. When I'm done I'm deleting their app. Profits are down. No wonder given the customers who must be abandoning them. Eventually by calling the national number I was able to CANCEL THE ORDER and go home to shop elsewhere tomorrow.

I visited the Asda Store, Bournemouth Rd, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3YJ today, 09/11/24, at 20 past 2. It was very busy, possibly because of the fact that we are approaching the Christmas Festivities. I was in the self-service checkout with my trolley. The place was very busy, and there was a problem with the items I was putting on the machine, so I needed to call the shopping assistant for help. It took too long for the person to come, so I told the assistant that they need more workers as I don’t like to wait so long. She told me she can do nothing about it, and she said she needs to tell that to the manager. So I told her to tell the manager that you need more workers. Then I had another issue with another item so I needed to wait again, and the same worker came again, and I told her again that she needs more workers, as I don’t want to wait too long. I was trying to be very friendly with the staff as I could see she was working under pressure but I could see as well there definitely needed to be more staff to help with the customers needs. After that, a manager named Kelly came, she was not very polite, in the way she answered to me, and there was no customer service at all. Then I told her the same thing I told to the shopping assistant, the manager had told me “where do you want me to get the workers from.” I believe this is a very wrong answer and impolite and again missing the point of what customer service should be about. Well I told her that this isn’t my problem, It’s not my business and I’m just a customer here, asking for service. Then the manager (Kelly) had told me that I was being rude to the shopping assistant. I replied to her I have never been rude to anybody, I respect everybody. I cannot believe it because I complained in the right manner and they accused me of being rude.
I told the manager to call the shopping assistant to come by and ask her how I had been rude, and she simply refused.

It really stressed me out, my wife and children were waiting in the car and she asked me what happened as she noticed I wasn’t right.

I believe Asda workers are well-trained to help with any customer situation especially when you’re a manager. She cannot simply approach me with an unfriendly tone and say “where do you want me to get the workers from?” This is simply not right.

I feel sorry for the Asda staff members, working under high amounts of pressure, due to the reason Asda can’t afford to put other members of staff on the floor to help and the customers have to pay for it.

First time I have used delivery service. Didn't think I would have lady delivery driver (no offence) Shay was absolutely amazing, don't know how carries all of those creates, she was very polite, courteous and a pleasure to speak to. I couldn't come to the door straight away so she actually called me which is much appreciated. I will be shopping with Asda from now on, only booked as the shop I usually use didn't have a convenient delivery slot. Well done Asda and Shay.

This place is not worth going. Few hours ago i went there, their security officer misbehaved with us and accused us of those things which we didn’t even say. We wished to talked to the manager but no body was willing to listen to us , they just kept on defending their colleagues without even understanding our concern. Which was really disturbing and hopeless.

Love this store, been going here years. The only issue is that they don't have a trolly attachment for wheelchairs right now. The one they had previously was metal where it attached to the chair, so it tended to scratch the metal work up. I'm hoping they get a new one like sainsburys, where it's rubber or even plastic there.

Have been shopping at Asda Eastleigh for 33 years and I've never been so dissatisfied as I've been for the last few weeks, the store is terrible, stock is not available and now they've altered the opening times which is not convenient for me. The staff are always polite and willing to help but I feel sorry for them to work in that environment. I now shop at Sainsbury's and can truthfully say I've have a fantastic experience shopping there and got everything I've needed under one roof and the quality was fantastic so unless Asda change for the better I won't be going back there anytime soon

It barely has any boy's clothes, just mostly girls clothes, why asda why? This is the only boy clothes bit for leisure and wearing in public (except school shop but that doesn't count)
