Sat waiting for half an hour for click and collect. My slot was at 1-2, arrived bang on 1pm. Checked in and waited. 10 minutes later still no show, 6 times trying to phone with the extension number given and no one answered the phone. Got to the point where my fiancé went in to kick off because its outrageous.
My other half came back and said the store worker said everything on the sign is incorrect. If you check in on the app then it notifies scunthorpe store not goole, the extension number is also for scunthorpe as well!!! Never ever coming to this store again.

Small supermarket so only really for nipping in for the odd pint of milk etc. but it’s great that it’s a click and collect for the George side of Asda. I’ve had loads of things delivered there, and it’s always available really quickly and easy to collect

Nobody on the checkouts only selfserve which aren't suitable if you have more than a handful of items, bags have to be given out upon request which slows down things even more aswell as making you feel like a thief. Maybe if they didn't hike up the prices so high and claim its to help protect the environment (which is a total crock else they wouldn't be plastic in the first place), then perhaps people wouldn't steal them. Or better still get rid of selfserve altogether and go back to how it was where the checkout staff handed you what you needed as they scanned. It worked so why change it? Considering its more exspensive than most others in goole you'd think there would be a better standard for customer satisfaction.

I should of put in my review pre pandemic only now I can say the motervation is greater to say how excellent my local Asda is . All the staff are motervated and work superb as a team I am always made welcome when I shop .your staff in Google are the best better look after them all and give them a great big bonus insentive and a pay rise like now or I will shop at Tesco! Wanted to purchase 12 bottles of one wine type, 6 were on a display. Asked for an additional case of wine to purchase. Was informed by a store member that they have few cases in magazine, but store manager couldn't be bothered to get one for me. Really bad customer service.

For a small store there is quite alot of choice. The staff are really friendly. It is always clean and tidy. They even have a Claires concession.
