The manager is the most ignorant staff member in any shop I have been to. very stand offish and unhelpful. The other male members are almost as bad. Certainly not front of house material.

Visited this morning the manager (i suspect)was extremely rude and no time of day for customers I asked if they had prime I understand they are sick of people asking for it but to be rude and dismissive is shocking.
It takes nothing to be polite you don't know what the customers situations are a smile goes a long way.

Just visited here, the top of the shower gel I was buying came off as I picked it up at the checkout. Young girl at checkout did not engage in any conversation as I offered to help clean it up other than to call for someone to replace the item, and hand me some paper to clear up the mess she couldn't reach, not so much as a thank you!
