I’m Fed up of being over charged on goods as prices wrong when get to the till and also certain foods being rubbish, like avocados. Had to throw two out today yet only bought on 23rd. Wasted pounds on foods and flowers not fit for purpose. Plus out of date Quorn items by four days yet full price. Didn’t realise until away

I made the mistake of forgetting I booked a collection and waited at home for a delivery, when I realised the shopping hadn't come I checked and realised it was a collection!so I rushed down to the gosport store on a Sunday evening to see if anyone was still there (i was only 15 mins late ) noone around I was about to leave when a delivery driver pulled up ,I asked him if he could see if it was possible to collect he said hold on ill go and see if I can find it for you. I waited a while and when a deliveroo driver came I asked again if he could see the delivery man inside ,he came out and said no ,all finished ,so I left. When I got home I realised I had two miss calls and a voicemail ,it was the original delivery driver Brendan, saying he had found my shopping and could wait a few mins if I wanted to go back. As it was now 6.30 on a Sunday and I was alone with my 5 Yr old I called him back and thanked him and asked if he new how I could arrange another slot or delivery, he asked where I lived and said he would deliver it to me anyway!!He went well above and beyond and I am so appreciative to have gotten my shopping so late on a Sunday, saving me a lot of hassle and a hungry child in the morning!thank you Brendan, that's amazing customer service!!

Please check your scanners and self checkout machines, right after shopping there for groceries which is the only place I have been using my card my details were stolen and someone had been trying to use my card, had to cancel it

Parking is OK normally. Range and quality of fresh produce can be a bit suspect but checkout and if in doubt leave it. Often it's pretty good but don't rely on it 100%.

In the fresh departments it is a regular occurrence for stock to be short dated or indeed past it’s use by date. Stock rotation seems to be non existent. Bread still on the shelves after its use by date. On several occasions I have spoken to managers about it - a week later the same issues still exist. Empty shelves - I am not surprised the staff are unhappy as this all reflects on them. Me? I now use the Fareham store. I worked in the food/service industry for over 30 years and if I were in charge I would certainly look at the senior management within the store. If they can’t do their job properly get rid and employ replacements who can!!!
