I’m extremely unhappy with the service I have received from the store . As I used the fuel station and it was a 10 pound and 1 pence , I gave him cash but then he kept giving me more coins as change and I requested to change my mode of transaction to card as I did not want a lot of coins. But the advisor refused to change it and he had no manners to address a customer ( he addressed me to his manager as “This guy”) this very disrespectful. when I requested for the manager as he could help but his nature on this issue was not helpful.
It’s really not customer friendly or they care about the customer satisfaction.
It’s really bad service and disappointed from the store .
