I recently used ASDA's Click and Collect service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I had scheduled a pickup time for my groceries, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting for over an hour to receive my order. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially as I had chosen this service specifically for its supposed convenience and time-saving benefits.

The lack of communication from the staff only added to the frustration. I had to repeatedly inquire about the status of my order, and each time I was met with vague responses and no clear resolution. It felt as if my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed.

This is not the first time I've encountered issues with ASDA's Click and Collect service. As a delivery driver, my time is incredibly valuable, and such delays and poor service impact my ability to perform my job effectively.

I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope ASDA can improve their Click and Collect service in the future to prevent other customers from experiencing such inconvenience.

Your staff get paid for their jobs, today I wanted a particular water which was not on shop floor at the front but in the cage, to say to a customer to get the stuff out from the cage when it was impossible for me to do so, why would I need to do that? I’ve worked in retail more than 10 years and we’ve always helped customers to what they want, you cant be telling customers to help yourself from the cage esp when it’s right at the bottom, your morning staff was lazy I mean very lazy, working with drinks and sandwiches at the front. You should employ staff that can help customers and not be lazy saying help yourself form the cage when it’s right at the bottom, you get paid for your job! The staff make the difference, the customer service at this store needs to rise up, at least smile

I have a grievance regarding a member of the staff at the Asda store. She was quite impolite and unprofessional. I didn't realise that I couldn't leave by the door because the gates were open when I went through it to get to the refunds desk. In a really improper tone and manner, this staff member had said, "You can't exit that way but you already have so just leave now." This is incredibly unprofessional towards a client. Despite having visited this supermarket for years, I won't be going back! Didn’t quite get the name of the staff something along the lines of soha , but a brief description would be , asian , quite tall ,glasses and she was behind the refund and exchange counter wearing a scan and go jumper.

Wouldn't say the store was overly busy.. infact for a Saturday was loads of parking spots... Now ..I went to collect a small trolley only to find there was none in either side of the collection points ... Exercise is good yadda yadda but I don't get paid to collect trolleys from around the various points in the car park.
When I went to put in a complaint at customer services I was greeted by a young lad barely out of nappies with a ""so what"" attitude..whom told me the trolley guy had just come on shift at 2pm ....I pointed to the lad stood outside on his mobile phone and asked if that was him propping up the window...response no ...40 mins later I'm at checkout can see same said lad still on mobile and chatting to mates .... As I was leaving he ACTUALLY went and collected a small snake of little trolley ...this clearly tired the young lad out because he went back onto his phone had a chat with the lad I complained to about and the promptly went and disappeared round side of building

So if you're ever wondering why there's no trolleys well it's because they have lazy ass people working there

Edit. They are now giving a refund....

Had a grocery delivery on Tuesday. Eighteen items missing. Said they were delivered.
Online refund rejected so rang customer services, they said I'd be getting a refund, still waiting.
Very unprofessional service.

Worst staff ever. So slow, literally don't care if you are waiting, just keep on chatting. Incredible slow at the tills. Maybe spend some time looking at good staff because most of them should not be working in a customer service environment

As an Asda store its ok as far as it goes, but I was immediately put off by the accumulation of human (?) hair around one of the wheels of the shopping trolley, and on closer inspection, not just one trolley had this feature...
It was a kind of mousey brown hair with grey streaks, quite thick, and consequently this marred my shopping experience, as I pushed the trolley around, I couldn’t help thinking how and why the hair was there. Was it human hair or had someone run over a flattened Yorkshire terrier? My mind was racing as I arrived at the veg aisle and completely forgot the cucumber.
