Generally pretty good. Free parking (of which there is always space), friendly staff and usually pretty well stocked. My only gripe is the fruit and veg isn't always the freshest. But good value otherwise.

A very convenient Superstore . Parking on 2 levels . Helpful staff . Cheaper than Tesco. What's more to ask , despite the winging minority ... who can always shop at M&S or Waitrose !!

Awful service. Over my last three deliveries, I’ve consistently had items missing, but my most recent experience was the worst. Around £50 worth of items were missing from my order, and to make matters worse, I received about ten items that belonged to someone else’s shop.

The driver didn’t wait to confirm the delivery, leaving me stuck trying to sort it out. It took four days of calling repeatedly to finally get a refund processed. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

They also called the store but they had no way to contact the driver

This is absolutely ridiculous. They thought my mum was lower than 18 years old. And they kicked me and my cousin out of the store even though my cousin was 18 years old and didn’t let us help our mother so she had to do 200 pounds shopping by herself

Dirty check out machine that did not take £2 or £1 coins. Supervisor on phone instead of assisting. Lots of customers experiencing issues with items not scanning. Toilets still out of order

I just left Asda after trying to buy some Mentos gums that are usually around £2, but they were showing up as £1. So, I grabbed four boxes. When I went to pay, they charged me £2.25! I called over the staff member there, and he was apologetic and asked me to show him. He checked and confirmed with his colleague that the price was indeed £1. But then this other woman, who was clearly not interested in helping at all—her jacket said she worked there—was so rude instead of just saying, “Sorry, the price is wrong.” No, she started acting like I was in the wrong! Then I looked at her uniform; she introduced herself like it mattered if it’s Thiny or Thina. Honestly, she should know better given her job. My price was confirmed by her colleague; all she had to do was say sorry and explain that they couldn’t charge me that amount because it was a mistake. Instead, she made excuses about kids changing prices rather than just owning up to their error and apologizing. She really needs to learn how to treat customers properly—or maybe find a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people if she’s going to be this rude!
