Came to pick up click and collect groceries. Was queuing for nearly 1hr to be told it hadn't been picked yet and it would be another 15mins. Came back to pick up at 5.30pm 6 cars waiting still no staff member to be seen, cars driving off. Diabolical service

Staff and managers are all discriminatory and they treat you differently.. if you dont look like majority of people there then you will be treated in the most inhumane manner.. they wont explain you the reason of their actions.. i went to shop and was declined an energy drink but didnt explain the reason for challenge 25 and instead got very argumentative and competive. Treat everyone with respect regardless of colour or race 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Make sure you check your receipt.
Asda overcharged me for Quorn and Pancakes.
The Quorn original price was £3.00, reduced to £1.50.
The pancakes were £1.20 each or 2 packs for £2.00.
It was only when I got home and checked the receipt that I noticed the incorrect prices.
Luckily, I had nothing planned, so I returned to the store and spoke to one of their customer service advisors.
Although he refunded me in cash, the money I was overcharged. His customer service skills could have been better.
Update: Visited today, 26th June, and again, I have been overcharged. This time for Quorn Peppard Steaks. Displayed for £2.75. Till receipt shows I was charged £3.25.
Customer service offered me a voucher for the £1.00 overcharge as the card machine was not working. I declined the voucher, and after a short discussion, I was refunded the £1 in cash.

Be careful! Prices never right ! Price on shelves often / almost every single time / different then at the checkout. Most of the time price difference is massive.
Make sure you pay attention otherwise you will pay the price.
Soo annoying and unprofessional. Price hike is shocking . Yesterday I paid for apple turnover £1 , today is £1,50 ! Is this a joke ?
When you asking for assistance staff is rude with unpleasant faces and bad attitude. Usually you have to wait ages , no need to mention self checkout machine are very very slow and unresponsive.
Everytime when have opportunity I am trying to go anywhere else.
