Great selection and choice of products and store was clean and fresh. Unfortunately one of the men’s toilet cubicles was out of order and the other one did not have a toilet seat at all. The staff at the checkout didn’t seem that interested and despite showing them my Blue Light card failed to apply the discount leaving them having to refund and re-process the whole order which took another 5 minutes. We went to the cafe for something to eat, the choice was fairly limited but we found something to suit us all. There was a big queue to order and more staff were needed for the busy period, staff in the cafe were very hardworking, pleasant and helpful but they needed another pair of hands. The food was very disappointing, jacket potatoes were only warm and not hot, the bottoms were very hard and crusty. The children’s meal my nephew didn’t eat as the curly fries were very hard and the chicken nuggets lacked any colour, they were dry and had a funny taste. They also had no peas or fruit as advertised for the children’s meals and when asked if he could have a small post-mix Pepsi-Max for his drink we were told no and it had to be a fruit shoot, bottle of water or a milkshake all of which must surely cost more than a small glass of post-mix. On the plus side the filling quantity for the jacket potatoes was a good sized portion. Would pop in to get any home items if needed in the future should I be in other shops on the complex but certainly wouldn’t make a special trip and use the cafe again after spending nearly £30 on food and drink.

Nice quiet store, the range of Mother’s Day gifts (such as chocolates) are alot more expensive than Tesco however, clearly marked up due to Mother’s Day.

So disappointed. Visiting this ASDA is like a Back to the Future nightmare! Old, outdated merchandising and the cafe with stunning (not so) orange and olive green decor reminiscent of the 1960’s..food was awful. Stale bacon bap and no provision for non dairy drinkers. Sad 😞 no wonder the place was empty.

Never get my Asda points on the rewards app even though I scan it. I’ve missed out on loads. The grumpy old man upstairs who seems to always be the only one on the tills has no customer service skills whatsoever and is incredibly rude!

Went here today after visiting a few times, Saw a throw that was priced at £5 on the label for the item (see below), didn’t think much of it or read the label properly (I know my fault) but it was clearly a display with multiple on it. Took it to the till £22! Obviously didn’t buy it, but to be fair the woman on the till was lovley and sweet bless her she said she would get her manager to check but I said not to bother as it wasn’t worth the time. Anyway I went back up to check and in small writing under the £5 it said a cushion but, my problem is the throw wasn’t labelled at £22 ANYWHERE. They obviously need to sort their pricing out, I understand sometimes an item slips to the next display, but these were very clearly only on this display at £5. Not very happy about this but i really don’t like to complain in shops. Anyway thankyou to the lovely woman on the till who was very nice:)

Clean store and massive collection of items. Only reason not 5* is I was waiting at the tills and I had a comment from a member of staff stating they would have to get somebody as noone is around because they didn't expect costumers in!? They were open. Apart from that really good.

Whilst there are a huge variety of products, it is a little disappointing. The underwear section is tiny and very limited on styles available. In the kids and baby section, it was difficult to shop as there were only two or three sizes of most items available, The cafe is also quite disappointing, the napkins are not available unless specifically asked for, the children's sandwich options are not advertised either. Things like this make it difficult to order and eat when you have young ones with you as leaving the table multiple times is not an option.
