I have always shopped at this ASDA because it’s near my home. Today, I went to buy some double cream to make a dessert. Near the fridge, some cream-like substance had been spilled. To allow the staff to clean more effectively, I stood nearby to select the cream I wanted. After picking one, I went to get a drink. Then, a staff member came over from the checkout area and loudly asked if I was the one who spilled it, glaring at me. The spill was already there when I arrived at the store. I just happened to be holding the product I had chosen. Later, another staff member was also rude to me. Without even checking the CCTV, they pushed the blame onto me.
Very disappointing service. I hope the manager will provide better training for the staff!

Very little room to move. Talk about trying to fit so much in one store. The prices are expensive much more than the bigger supermarket like in Hulme. It's ok if you run out of something but if you drive I would go to the one in Hulme if you plan on doing your monthly shop.

The shop is always clean and tidy. Although the shop is not big, I can get what I need easily in reasonable price. The shop is always busy but the manager and other staff members are always very helpful and friendly.

This store has an awful layout. The aisles have barely any space to walk down, and it’s hectic at peak time. The issue is the size of the store, they should have found a bigger unit.

Clean and tidy modern layout which gets busy at peak lunch hours. Well stocked with essentials and Krispy kreme and Costa more accessible than their own outlets.

Very small cramped isles no room to actually shop but you wont want to anyway as its just overpriced crap and staff are rude and unhelpful, definitely avoid!
