Had a few negative experiences now.
Wouldent sell me an energy drink with no i.d. Even though im 30 and regularly buy tobacco and alcohol there?!?
The hot food is never stocked and bad quality.
The whole store suffers from stock issues from
Time to time.
The selection of products is weird and not very well thoughtout
The fuel is more expensive than usual.
A few of the staff members are to rude and unaware to be in a customer service orientated role.
This shop needs serious management and has been downhill since co-op sold it to asda.

Was one star, but has improved slightly. Will continue trying as its conventiently located.

Awful place go elsewhere. Extremely rude staff and discriminatory towards my member of family with a disability... told us we should have 'kept driving'. Disappointing behaviour from 'Asda' staff... They need lessons in basic human interaction before you even think about teaching them customer service. They should be paying us to visit such vile and grumpy staff.

The fuel is expensive and there is never any sandwiches/fruit/veg/snacks - more than a third of the shelves are always empty. Don't rely on this place if you're hoping to grab lunch.

Be aware there is no customer toilet here.

No public bathrooms at what should be a service station. Otherwise acceptable

As others have mentioned, there seems to be issues since the change from Co-Op to ASDA.

The fuel has consistently been expensive but if you needed fuel quickly it'll do.

However, Monday morning I went in for milk, nothing; today (Wednesday) went in for milk and bread, nothing; half the shelves are empty, staff seem to be milling around but as there's never any stock on the shelves I'm not sure what they're doing.

Order MORE milk and bread, these are staples that people NEED. In previous years I've managed supermarkets, it's not that hard to order sufficient stock!

Definitely gone downhill since Asda took over. Food shortages, coffee machine repeatedly out of order and prices definitely higher. Only positive is your shop staff who are polite, friendly and always do their best.

A step down from the previous coop that was there. Fuel prices are still significantly higher than alternate garages within 3 miles. Worse than this for a convenience store are the high prices and low availability of staples such as milk and bread. If you want beer or wine plan to buy on your way home rather than here as some prices are 20% higher than found in Asda stores. Staff are as friendly as ever and have to soak up a fair amount of grief due to the higher prices now found in this garage.

Always empty shelves. Need to get your deliveries sorted. The staff are always helpful, as a convenience store it's definitely gone downhill since ASDA took over.
