Came in to buy some oats for work and asked for a VAT receipt at the till. A lady named Sam told me that Asda don’t do VAT receipts and then asked me why I would need one? She wasn’t very helpful at all, in fact she was rude and loud and making me feel uncomfortable about asking for help. To be honest her customer service skills were non-existent. Glad to know Asda are striving to deliver mediocre customer service in their Ormesby store, I shall not return

Called in here this morning after a night shift and was really looked after by 'sarah' on checkout. I couldn't get my NHS discount app to work, however, Sarah, took over my phone and persevered until she got it sorted for me. A big thank you to this very kind and helpful lady x

Went to this Asda earlier today to collect a Nintendo Switch Game that I ordered through the George (Asda) website. I seen the package was opened by someone and the game case was badly damaged/cracked so I asked to return it and recieve a refund. It cost me £40, it's unacceptable. Won't be using this one as a click and collect location I'll take my business to the south bank asda instead but the staff did apologise though to me. I wasn't happy and it spoilt my day as I got my Zelda Nintendo Switch OLED a few days back and wanted a game to go with it.

Just wanted too say how great the staff are here they deserve medals. Iv only visited twice with my mother in law who lives near here but says they are always helpful cheerful and friendly and always go above and beyond just hope they get recognised for there outstanding customer care thank you xxx

Smaller Asda store. Not exactly a destination shopping event! We use for small refresh shopping as they often don't stock lines we want. Staff always seem busy and tend to chat to eachother rather than customers. The score is earned, as it's tidy and the limited range of items are generally available.
