Came in today and wanted a black hoodie in medium. I couldn't see anyone in the clothes section but a lovely chap called Robin came over from some other section (stuff for the house section? Haha) and saved me messing around trying to find what I wanted.

Didn't get what I wanted but it's nice to see some good old fashioned quick easy customer service.

Friendly staff but always seem to run out of stock. Quite often the same items keep running out so it seems like whoever does the ordering isn't taking that in to consideration, either that or they aren't stocking the shelves very often and it's all sat out back
