Very nice place to go with great staff and nice atmosphere. Can't do a weekly shop here but can get some bits and bobs along the way! Not very much staff so sometimes it's impossible to find people. Great parking outside! Includes an ATM and a bike lock place so a better addition!

Would give no stars if I could! Met with a very rude member of staff called Shellie who wouldn’t let anybody into store even though the store didn’t close for another 6 minutes. One would have thought that they can pay staff after 4pm to clear queues. Predictable issue.

Staff are fantastic but unfortunately asda choose to under staff this shop which makes it impossible to recieve good service although staff clearly do there best. Having 1 person covering kiosk and self sevring and no one on til is ridiculous. Giving 1 star purely for the staff doing a good job when consistently being set up to fail.

I have to say, this ASDA location is one of the worst-managed supermarkets I've ever encountered. No matter what time of day I visit, there's always a long queue, and the poor management leaves the tobacco kiosk staff constantly overworked. They are often required to manage both the tobacco counter and the self-service tills at the same time, which is completely unfair to them and frustrating for customers.

One employee, in particular, an older lady with glasses, exemplifies the poorest customer service here. On a recent visit, I needed my alcohol purchase approved at the self-service till. Despite the loud alerts and flashing lights indicating that assistance was required, she was completely disengaged, casually chatting with another customer who had already finished shopping. When I finally had to interrupt, she treated me as though I were the problem, giving me a cold, unwelcoming look. She didn't say a word while approving my items, and when I thanked her, she just stared through me without acknowledging my gratitude.

Her attitude is consistently rude and antagonistic. I've noticed her repeatedly moving at a snail's pace, always appearing irritated and doing the absolute bare minimum. There's simply no excuse for this level of service.

The management at this store is disgraceful. Although I live in Newton Leys, I now drive ten minutes out of my way to shop at ALDI in Bletchley. It's worth the extra time to avoid the poor service and management at this ASDA.

I shop here quite a bit being to not driving, but lately have noticed alot of their fruits and reduced items are already gone off. I've even spotted packaged fruit on the shelves that was 6 months out of date before. Just bought some reduced fruit but opened it and it's gone off, this has happened on numerous occasions. Putting me off shopping there
