This is a STUPENDOUS asda. it has all the service i need. A man even paid for a pack of walkers ridge cut MAX for me. And if that wasn’t enough there is this AMAZING employee called Nathan. Nathan my #1 superstar hes an amazing employee with a great work ethic. He even paid for my chips one time by giving me the £0.20 i needed.

I came in last week and could not find the festive biscuits. I asked a lady in the store where they would be, she took me to the isle but the festive biscuits were not there. I paid for my shopping and she came to me with 2 selections that were out back. I was very happy and took both. I came early this morning to get my last Christmas bits and was helped by Gemma and Sam, Sam at the tills and Gemma carried some heavy items to the till and then took my trolley to the car, took my trolley back and brought my token back to me. Very good service, thank you and merry Christmas to you all 😊

Nice smaller Asda has a hot food place lots of sandwiches lovely cakes far to many nice cakes. Car park plenty of spaces for the size of the store. Staff appeared friendly didn't need them as used self service but were around if we did

Staff is careless, been waiting on Uber Delivery almost half an hour to collect my order, to be told none was ready after waiting for so long.
Clerk shouts “we have just opened” however I have wasted my time and diesel and insurance to do the trip as an uber driver - to be shouted at by some staff members!!
How is this acceptable!!!

Please get a grip! Not a great service!!! Whoever was meant to be picking those did not do anything and nobody checked if they did!! Outrageous!!!
Lost half an hour an the delivery money!!!

Waiting nearly 30 minutes for a click and collect service. No answer on any of thier phone /extension numbers. Even despite going into the store to nudge staff they still took a further 15 minutes. Really poor service. Could have gone in, done the shopping, got home and made a cuppa quicker then them organising themselves

Love the staff, always have a smile. Would be good if they had enough staff to stock shelves. Lady on till was rushed of her feet doing till and helping on self checkout
