Just had a visit today. Every time I visit this store I say to myself “why?”
What a rude assistant in the trolley self service area.
When she sarcastically said “someone is impatient today” I thought to myself yes I am. I have waited 10 minutes to self serve then had to wait to get the fact I had put a bag in the area. As instructed. When I asked could I get away with removing the other 2 24 cans of pop from the trolley she said no. Lift them

Click n collect order store person, Lee, was extra helpful as I was having to use my pram to lug the shopping home. Was patient and helped pack the bags I'd brought so could easily transfer.

Used the toilets. Feels like it could do with a dam good clean. The hot water only trickles. The award is from 9 years ago and I doubt would be re-awarded.

Used scan and go today. I had a problem checking out and was in danger of whole shop being deleted. Asked for help but only one lady there and she was dealing with someone else. I called out to staff who were at normal self service tills as they were free but just got told, rudely I had to wait. No staff came to help me but another shopper helped me out. Very bad non existent customer service. Shan't be back. No wonder Asda are losing business

The car park quite spacious, has some glass collection and donation bins in the car park.

There is Halal section here

Second floor for toys, electronic home stuff and clothes sections.

You can get special price on previous clothes collection..

The grocery, books, cosmetics, cigarettes, flowers are in the first floor.

Asda is the best! I come here nearly every day. I collect all the mini teddies. It’s seen me through the bad and good, I buy everything here, my son loves it here. BEST. SHOP. EVER!

Brought a pack of chicken breast from this store when it cleary says boneless and it had a bone in luckily I noticed it before my daughter eat it! The store wouldn't even do anything about it i will be going to my local news
