Poorly designed car park. The quality of vegetables is variable and the selection is worse for the size of the shop. They do not seem to maintain their air station or it is frequently vandalised. In either case, it is not worth stopping there to out air in your tyres. The only saving grace is that it offers an alternative to the overburdened shops in the area.

I have shopped at Asda Raunds from the day it opened and I am so happy with the Parking, Service from all the staff and the Food.

Asda Raunds is a local convenience Store with a self serve petrol station. A small convenience Store with a cross section of what the larger stores have. Most of the every day shopping you might need is on site milk, bread, papers, ect ect some home entertainment and home wares electrical DIY needs plus a ATM machine next to the Store. disabled parking spaces are also located next to the main Store along with some parent and child parking.

A terribly stressful place to shop. Car park design is dangerous in the winter at night badly lit, some lights not working. The quality of the food is poor, food seems to go off quickly before the use by dates. Certain shelves are always empty and out of stock. They no longer stock certain frozen vegitables i.e. brussels, mixed peppers, carrots, but they sell plenty of junk food like pizzas and deserts and an Asian food section now. Store is noisy and the music playing over the store speakers are so annoying, the music is rubbish modern music of todays generation. The machine at the ciggarette koisk (the machine that receives on line orders) is so annoying and noisy the alarm constantly going off makes shopping there very stressful. Also a place for lots of young adults to hang about the isles loitering around. I wont be going there anymore, its also near the industrial estate and during certain times of the day the store is over crowded. The store is also very hard to get into from the A45, you have to go round and round and when you get to the car park theres cars coming from all directions, some drivers parking in the pick up section when they not picking up anyone.

Asda store, small size bit has the essentials. Low prices. Queues at the check outs can be long but they do have self service if you prefer. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff are great, but what is that horrible repetitive noise that drives you mad. It goes off every few seconds and is horrendous. Can't someone turn it off ? Think it's something to do with click and collect, but I've never noticed this in any other store. Please turn it off.

A wonderful store with very friendly, helpful staff - a range of goods/brands which, although obviously not as wide and varied as a larger Asda, allows us to perform a full weekly shop. People complain about the car park - I love the wide car parking bays which makes parking so easy even on the busiest of days. The lay out is perfectly fine - the problem is the drivers, not the car park. Too many idiots driving as if they are at Silverstone and cutting corners. Raunds is very lucky to have such a good store on their doorstep. Keep up the good work!

Upon a visit lunch time around quarter past 1pm today, I visited asda for a few bits and painkillers. Everything was there that I needed. However the treatment I got from a staff member wasn't exactly that of customer service standards. The employee on self service simply stared at me, didn't batter an eye or say hello when she approved the challenge 25 motion on the checkout and simply stared point blank at me that was perceived to make me really uncomfortable, especially as there was no words, just a full on fairly aggressive stare as if I'd done something wrong by shopping there. She gave me a very unwelcoming look and I don't consider this great service unfortunately.
