Not great. I regularly go in late, the staff are impolite and you aren't trusted to scan your own bag. Treat like a criminal for the price of a bag.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. I was provided with excellent service at your Queens Road branch and I truly appreciate it. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Month ago I lost my wallet near the Asda Asda car park and your team was very kind to find it for me. I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Julian for the excellent customer service he provided to myself and other customers. He is always working with a happy face and is kind to look after the customers.

Asda Queens rd is a very convenient store for locals but only for small shoppings and quick grabs, most of the tills are now self service so not easy for weekly groceries as self serving tills are small.

Visited this store (Asda in general) for the first time since I've come here and pleasantly surprised with the prices of everything. The essentials line is good quality as well. Will definitely be coming here again 👍🏻

Ps. I have to mention I was supposed to go to the other store that also starts with A (you must've guessed it) but Google maps as usual made me lose my way while on the bus 😡, so just decided to get off here and give it a go 😆 a great find nonetheless!

Can't complain usually have what I need or want and hand they don't close until 11pm week days and bus stops are close by
