Scored as only 1 star because of the customer service at the till. I was behind a lady at the till and the lady was on a wheelchair trolley. She was struggling putting the shopping back in her trolley after it had been scanned. The lady at the checkout just watched on as the lady struggled not offering any help. The lady was struggling reaching some of the products due to where the till operated had pushed them after scanning. Eventually the lady in the wheelchair had to ask the till operator to pass them to her
The till operator had no dialogue and no interest in this disabled lady
Atrocious customer service and management need to address this with their staff

Avoid this store like the plague. The items aren’t priced half the time. Items just rammed into any place by the shelf stocker's. Bread is either under done or burnt nearly every day. Some of the employee’s are pleasant but some clearly don’t care and just take a pay cheque each month. It’s our closest supermarket but we wont even go near it any more. You’ve been warned.

Thought I'd try the cafe for the 1st time on Monday 30th Sept and it was shocking the half a slice of bacon was over cooked .the egg had a solid yolk with a tea and a coffee with toast you had to buy separately the bill was over £14 . Definitely not worth it I mentioned it to a member of staff and he said I'm not a chef . Doubt I'll be going back

Absolutely vile customer service, the manager I spoke with Keith was very condescending. Kept saying the word unfortunately. I was chosen for a random check on my self scan shopping, then they told me the full trolley needed to be scanned... It was a huge shop so took her ages and I was pulled to one side while she scanned every item and made to look like some sort of shop lifter!!! Every item was scanned and surprise surprise I had scanned everything.
If you don't trust your customers, dont have self scan tills it's as simple as that.

Big shout out the amazing staff member who served me and my partner today called janey, what an friendly and bubbly person she is and definitely an asset to asda. We went to get served from this lovely lady and on the way I noticed how bright and colourful she was dressed, I absolutely loved her hair peace that I found out she made herself when asking and she passed it over for me to use while at work myself. Hopefully she sees this because I can't stress enough how happy it has made me to encounter just an lovely women. Thank you so much x

35 years of age 16stone with a beard id’d for a scratch card. Clearly someone having a bad claiming I look under 16 deliberately taking the Micky. Complaint made. I would’ve id’d her but she looked like a fossil.

I have shopped at asda since it first opened in the early 80s, yesterday 5.30pm no manned checkouts que for self service was manic I don't like self serve when I only have a few items but for a full shop no way needless to say I left shopping and won't be back
