I was relieved to read these reviews because everytime I have unfortunately had to go here I have encountered very rude staff and been witness to other customers receiving very poor treatment. It's the equivalent to Karen's Diner but a supermarket and not a joke. Anyway glad it wasn't just me who felt this way. Training on customer service and interpersonal skills definately required here

Very poor customer serice skills displayed by the two attendants on the self service till, an item wouldnt scan so i asked for help, the lady that came over couldnt help as her password wouldnt let her in to the system, a male colleage came over logged in and then said there you go ......he walked away and the item still hadn't scanned nor the ammount entered.
I stood there for several more minutes awaiting for someone to deal with the flashing red light. No one did, so ii left my other items and decided to leave only to be shouted actrss the shop , 'do you not want these now luvvy', of course I wanted them or i wouldnt of wasted my time coming in.
I then went to Tesco and got what I wanted and was served by a very nice lady.
Very poor service I'm afraid.

Terrible customer service skills staff just don’t care stand there talking and laughing at customers we will not be going back to this store they make you feel like you are annoying them just by waiting at the till especially if you need tobacco or alcohol. id also like to point out your staff member (liam) he is the worse member of staff in there horrible attitude I will be making an official complaint against him.

I came here yesterday but this is not an asda I have used in many years so I didn't know where anything was. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
I got a little bit flustered at the till as I'm generally with someone but was on my own. A male staff member with back hair was very kind and made me feel more relaxed. I'll definitely be coming back to this store.

This store is terrible the staff are disrespectful they think everyone is a thief of Carrier bags.No one works the tills. If you did maybe you wouldn’t have to see who’s robbing the carrier bags Should be called self service Asda only. No customer service skills staff laughing at customers. Laughing at people from different cultures yes you heard that right. Disgusting behavior. I will be putting in an official complaint. Don’t worry we won’t be going bk.Also if am such a lovely woman which the security guard was telling people after I left this store. Why did you treat me the way you did!!! Trying to GASLIGHT your disgusting behaviour, but yet am a Thief according to you !!!!!

I always find the staff very helpful and polite I shop in this Asda and collect parcels on a regular basis. Staff always ready to help and nothing is too much trouble the staff are a credit to Asda.
