Do they have the basics and average articles? Yes. Is it the best Asda I've ever been to? No.
The store is tidy enough and there's a George section (primarily for women and kids). It's well structured for the amount of space they have.
Customer toilet by the entrance was broken, the staff I asked if there was an alternative wasn't very friendly.

Well. We’ve changed our outlook on Asda. This is a great branch. I think the ranges have changed overall. Great selections, great prices and friendly staff. We’ll enjoy shopping here more.

Do not order your online shop from this store. It is a shambles. My order was due for between 6+7 this evening ( Sunday 5th January) at 6 pm I got a text to say the delivery was late and would be delivered by 7:30. Then 5 minutes later another saying delivery would be by 8:30. Then 20 minutes later ANOTHER saying 8:44. It finally arrived at 7:55pm. Upon opening the door I expected an apology from the driver. I open my door and he's all jolly and happy " hi good evening" so I said " can you tell the time?" He said " what are you talking about" like he didn't know he was over an hour late from the original slot. I said " your an hour late" he said "don't talk to me like that or I'll take your shopping away again." I told him "I'm entitled to be disgruntled when he's that late and didn't even offer an apology." I asked again why he is so late and he literally shrugged and said "I don't know". Well I suggest he thinks of a reason because I screenshot all the time changes and I filmed my interaction at the door with him, so he can explain to a manager when I go in store in person tomorrow. I also expect my delivery fee to be refunded as you did not stick to the slot I paid for. Id love to know the excuse. You can't blame adverse weather because there wasn't adverse weather today.

Well stocked store with some great offers. Easy to find what you want and if you can’t always a good alternative. The staff are polite and helpful which always makes for an enjoyable shop 🙂

One of the worst customer service ever experienced at a supermarket. Had a trolley and about 25-30 items. I had asked one of the staff to kindly serve me at the still; they refused and urged me to use the self service; according to one of the lazy staff there, my trolley had "little" items and "not many". Most staffs were just standing there at around like 10 pm and chit chatting. One did offer to scan my items at the self service but i declined as I was pissed off.

Poorly stocked. Staff at customer services/cigarette counter incredibly rude!! Asked myself for ID before I even said hello. The response I received when stating I do have ID was a huff and a puff from staff member. I am nearly 40!

Asked for a certain product which seemed to instantly frustrate her. Told product was discontinued to which I asked if she could advise if fellow stores stock...told drive there and check myself. Piss poor service.

Bought a pack of rolls and jam doughnuts from the bakery well I don't think I will be buying any more for the bakery.the rolls were not very fresh and the doughnuts were also not very fresh so I definitely won't get any more form there.
