Came early to get good quality fruits. Disappointed at the bananas for sale. Looks like a rejected bunch! However, the manager who I spoke to about it listened and promised to cascade my feedback.

The store is well laid out and fully stocked and helpful staff But the 2 stars is becuase I've travelled around India and the world and I've never seen toilets so disgusting in my life and it's not just the one visit it's every visit. they need cleaning, you can't touch nothing in there because it's that bad. you wash your hands and by the time you use the doors to get out they need cleaning again.

Love Asda at Trafford Park as it has everything under one roof from groceries, to school uniforms and household goods and electricals with everything else in between.

Staff are very helpful when I have asked for assistance but I don't like the way I am watched for absolutely no reason at all when using the self checkouts. I always pay cash spending between £150-£250 each time and as I say the majority of the time I feel like I am being watched whilst scanning my own shopping so to stop this I would prefer to just use normal checkouts but when I go of an eveni g there are no tills at all open.

Other than this a great all round store.

Staff were great especially pat who was on the self service tills at 1.30 on 05/1/25, she was on her own with a lot of tills to look after and people were getting frustrated as they were having to wait a little while.
If you are wanting people to uses these till quickly I suggest putting more staff on.

I never leave a review but the customer service was absolutely shocking today at the self service (Friday 17th of Jan around 19.30) as on a budget we picked up the £10 deal of two pizzas a side and a dip however the deal did not go through so we asked for assistance . A male member of staff older in age came over and told us we must have done something wrong as the machines “don’t lie” we asked what we must have done as we went exactly by the deal he continued to speak at us and tell us we were wrong, he told us he doesn’t know about deals and isles as he has enough to do at the self service ( which can I add was near empty) A lady who also worked there then walked over and asked what was wrong as I began telling her he picked up the items and spoke over me telling me he was going to sort it out. After 5 minutes he came back and told us that there was nobody on that isle to help him and that we were lucky as we have caught him in a good day as he “cant be arsed” and will just fix it for us continuing to tell us the machines aren’t wrong so it’s something we’ve done. He then went back to his station where he continued to eat a box of cookies 😂 We are 19 year old girls who also work in customer service and quite frankly don’t deserve to be spoken at the way we were.

Today I reached Front door of ASDA TRAFFORD PARK 16.23 pm. security stopped me and some other customers ,then they said closed .
It’s clearly written in the website Sunday closing time 16.30 . I am wondering such a big retailer why not updating their timeline.Security tells me 16.30 means customers not allowed after 16.20 .
I can’t understand about this policy, All ASDA rules same like this in the UK
Such big retailer like ASDA why not mentioning this laws in the website ?

Issue with the self serve, wouldn't accept 3 cards chip and pin or inserted automatically declining. Went to a till, 2 open. 1 had a closing sign so I got in the que. The other till then served someone who was after me! Ended up leaving all my shopping as I was on my lunch break and couldn't stay any longer. Spoke to a member of staff who didn't even apologise. Bad service!

My Xmas gift card would not work. Kept getting message stating Account on Hold and to find an alternative method of payment. As I woukd not be doing a big shop before the card expired the staff kindly gave me the cash value and advised they would sort it out.
