First time at this Asda store. It’s not very big compared to the one I usually go to in Clapham Junction, the aisles are a bit tight but overall it’s not too bad. The one thing that surprised me was this Asda had a McDonalds inside it ? never seen this before!

Asda prices are definitely cheaper compared to other supermarkets! Depending on what offers they have. I do like their fruit and veg! I like using self scanning machine, however I have been in there a couple of times in the morning and none of the machines were charged. They also didn’t have any shopping trolleys in its designated area! This happened first thing in the morning when they open and you hope it would be better organised.

3/12/22 - I went at 8am this morning, same problem! A few handsets but not charged. One of the staff member mentioned something about staff not putting them on charge at night and actually asked me to leave feedback! So here you go with pictures! Please do better. Thank you

Unshoppable after 8pm. Pallets and stock dumped everywhere. Can't get to certain products and no staff member in sight. Self checkouts are slow, and staff rude.

Scoring this for their garden plant choices! Not the best first impressions when you walk into the store and see so many dead plants! That said, they do offer a good selection (if they were alive) and the store for groceries and clothing etc is good. Sort your plants out please! Show them some love and water!

My family and I have been loyal customers at this store for well over a decade. However, recently I had a most unpleasant experience that has prevented me from returning.
Upon leaving the store one evening, I was randomly apprehended by an Asian security guard, he stopped me abruptly while walking, startling me. He then demanded to see my receipt, I asked if there was any reason as the beeper had not gone off. He said it was a "random stop and search" I produced my receipt as requested which he proceeded to aggressively drag from my hands. Despite my receipt verifying the single purchase which I was carrying he barked at me to empty my pockets. I was astonished that I was being treated like a criminal for no apparent or justifiable reason. The store was very busy and there were lots of people standing nearby. This treatment is unacceptable. Do better Asda!!

I ordered 15 items via Just Eat. They sent Just 2 items, neither of which were on my order. The driver took the items before we could take a photo and said he will check with the store. 3 hours later we still have no items and no refund

Very impressed with the female assistant on the fireworks counter. Very helpful, patient and friendly. Such a breath of fresh air when the assistants in other supermarkets dash past without a sideways glance incase you ask for help.
