I used self scanner as it’s supposed to save time I scanned everything then got a quantity check it told them to scan 9 items so they did then she said she had to do a full rescan as the soap powder wasn’t scanned and I know 💯percent it was I said to her why you saying I haven’t scanned it because I have she gave me a bad attitude I asked for a manager so this swarmy little arrogant so called manager with no customer service skills what so ever comes over and tries to act clever and smart not even as much as an apology I told him to keep the trolley of items and get them put back on the shelf I won’t be returning here staff are to cheeky never mind trying to be smart he needs to get them toilets cleaned the smell is rotten health and safety need informing and the way they are semi freezing fresh meat now before it arrives is wrong it can make people serious Ill be careful buying meat people they don’t know how to store products safely for human consumption it’s all contaminated be very careful and don’t waste your money just shop elsewhere I won’t be returning to this scruffy shop ever again

Absolutely disgusting store, with a very ill-mannered aggressive staff who makes claims and scandals out of the blue. It’s looks like everyone doesn't work there but is doing unknown things - there are very often no products on the shelves, everything is very dirty, it's impossible to go to the toilet at all. Constant showdowns with homeless people near the store. The staff will ask you for your ID even if you are a 40-year-old bearded man, as was the case with my husband. This shop is some kind of not funny joke, not a store. I highly recommend you to avoid this store if you don't want to ruin your day.

Disgusting service I received today. I’m really unwell and I ordered a food shop. Was meant to come between 2.30-3.30pm and it gets to 6.50pm after calling up a number of times and no one seemed to know where my delivery was I get told the driver has stolen it! £186 worth of shopping absolute scruff! You can’t even put in a complaint because it makes you ring the number again which brings you back to the same people who say nothing but a refund is being processed. That’s not good enough! Now I have to wait 3-5 working days and no food shop! Joke do not use Asda delivery express!!! Thieves

My local asda .it's filthy .just been to get few last bits I had forgotten.its like day of the dead.stelves look like the store has been raided ..pool's of water in 3 aisles .clothes aisles was spewn all over tge floor with clothes everywhere. Think the manager needs to look at the state its in

Ok whilst passing but hate the locked trollies. Otherwise store seems well organised. Lots of non-food stuff in here yoo. Petrol now self serviced but you get Asda Reward points too. Car park shared with b&m so massive and always spaces even if you'll gave a long walk to and from the store.

This store sells a much larger range of Gluten Free produce than Breck Road store. Will visit again to stock up own brand Gluten Free biscuits and cakes.

Where to start:
Customer toilets are filthy. Not just untidy but deep down dirty. As is the store. Aggressive staff in the self checkout area shouting at people and metering out carrier bags. No staff on checkouts.just feels like the owners have turned a once great shop into a cash cow by ripping off customers before they dump it laden with debt. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
