I have shopped at this store for 15 years, weekly. It has always been okay, just a supermarket but lately things have gone downhill. The store isn't as clean as it could be. Home delivery staff and their trolleys are constantly in the way. By far and away the biggest problem is supplies and lack of items on the shelf. There are too many home shoppers and not enough staff to fill the shelves. Why are there so many empty cages abandoned after a shelf has been topped up? Move them. The staff to be fair have always been friendly and polite, the problems are management related. Another problem is check out. During the day usually there are two tills open and operated by staff. None of them seem to know how to use the new till system and none of them know what to do with the Asda store card? Get a grip Asda or lose customers.

Terrible store, shelves are always bare, massively understaffed, never any staff on checkouts and the staff are so stressed they come across rude and I've overheard conversations between them and they all seem fed up as are most customers. Always home shopping carts and cages in the way. Fridges and shelves dirty. Used to be a half decent supermarket but has gone right down hill the past couple of years.

Never any good when i want to just get a packet of cigertte's on my break or a lottery ticket & after work! Always just 1 till open ! & a long queue of people waiting 😖 👎 Can you please have 2 tills in use 🙄 You have staff there available to use the other till

Absolutely ridiculous, their is a reason why I bypass this store and go to Taunton instead. Thought I would give them another try with a click and collect order and no, not changed at all. Most of my order was substituted as they never have an stock and the store is too small for the town population of Yeovil.

Disgusted with the attitude of two older members of staff in the George clothes section today at 1pm.
I struggle to do school shopping due to attitudes from others as my children have autism and ADHD. To overhear two members of staff talking badly about my children in front of me, other shoppers and even my children was completely unacceptable. The two ladies mentioned should be taught some compassion and empathy. Will not be returning.

I bought a gaming headset from here and it was going to be delivered the next day.. Then I had a email saying that it was not going to be delivered and that I would receive a refund in 14 days!!!! It's been over 2 months now and nothing I've been to the store and they could not help either.. please avoid at all costs really realy bad company/Scammers will never be shopping here again

When one member of staff blocks off the whole of a double freezer for nearly 10 minutes stopping anyone else from getting access. Granted yes he was trying to help a woman in a wheel chair but stopping others from shopping so he could read out every item and what every item is worth even though many were the same item. There is trying to be helpful to the woman and then there is taking the mickey out of everyone else
