Enjoy buying Zimbabwean food items, especially sweet potatoes, vegetables, chicken, fish, maize meal, rice,and my favorite cultured milk. Please keep ensure adequate stocks of cultured milk. So scarce.

*Warning: Spoiled Product and Unhelpful Customer Service from Asian Supermarket*

I recently purchased Whole Wheat Atta (Chakki Atta East End) from this store, but unfortunately, it has a foul smell. When I brought this to the shopkeeper's attention, they refused to accept responsibility and denied a return or exchange and not happy with the way he responded.

*Disappointing Experience:*

- Product quality issue (foul smell)
- Uncooperative customer service
- No refund or exchange offered

Always ask for a receipt, as I was charged for items I didn't purchase last time. The cashier was a young woman. So, be sure to get the receipt and double-check your items.

Reply: This was couple of months back (20/08/2023), young female cashier( north Indian ethnic - if iam not wrong) , as soon as i got doubt of my total bill , i double checked the bill and went back to the store and spoke to that female cashier and she gave the refund price for that item (was not sure that was mistake by her or intentional, since refund was given i left).

It's a nice store to get some of the African food. Alternative to Nigeria vegetables can be found there.. It's called Choisum. Good for Efo riro.
