What brilliant customer service.!
I purchased three dresses for a wedding as I was unsure on sizing and style. Ordered easily via the website and came very quickly in the delivery window that was stated. I had to return two due to not needing them which was again easy and the refund processed quickly. I had an issue with the dress I kept but from speaking to the manager it's was resolved extremely quickly with brilliant customer service. Thankyou very much to all involved and look forward to buying again.

Tried to return an item for a refund to be told its not possible despite being on the website that returns accepted within 14 days. I bought it. 24 hours previously

I then got told that they have nothing to do with AX paris, yet signage throughout the shop says exactly that - AX Paris : -(

They didn't have anything i liked in my size so I am now £36 out of pocket and stuck with two items i can not wear. I didn't want a credit note as i certainly won't be back

They are the only shop in tbe Lowry that don't refund

Wont be shopping there again and staff are most unhelpful and rude

AXP Outlet is a smaller women's clothing shop on the ground floor of The Lowry in Salford Quays. It is near the main entrance. They sell clothing and have a fitting room where you can try clothes on. They sell some accessories. I have usually had decent customer service here.

Passed here after work and a top caught my eye which led me into the shop. The man named Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. A beautiful selection of dresses as well as casual wear. Fantastic customer service and an overall very enjoyable shopping experience, thankyou.

Not a review of this shop, but a review of the online company as a whole...AVOID!
I have bought many AX Paris items over the last few years, but recently the customer service and quality has been shocking. Purchased 2 items online, when they arrived 1 had a hole in and the other was at least 2 sizes too small. Website says for faulty item returns you should email them first. Sent 3 emails now, waiting on anyone to even acknowledge so I can get my refund. Really poor service.

I am so happy that I visited AX Paris today (16.08.22) at the Quayside shopping center. I was helped by a lovely woman called Kat. I explained to her that I needed a dress for a wedding and she picked out a few that she thought would suit me. I came away with not only a dress that I fell in love with but also a fascinator and a handbag to match the dress. Kat is an absolute asset to the company. She was so helpfull and I very much enjoyed my experience at the store.

Staff was friendly whilst in the shop but I fell in love with a dress that wasn't in my size. The manager advised he was going to the warehouse the next day and would phone me if he could get it. Twice I've been promised this and never get a call or update. I'll probs stick to online for Ax going forward
