I’ve used this family owned and run company many times over many years. They are absolutely brilliant. The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They send two fitters instead of one to ensure you get the best job which many other companies don’t do. I used them for most of my last house move, then stupidly decided to save a couple of hundred pounds and use another firm to finish the job. That was a big mistake that I would never repeat. B and R might cost a bit more but it’s worth every penny! 100% recommend this company.

We have recently visited B&R Carpets to view their mattress range. We have shopped here many times for flooring of all types, so it was an easy decision to go and get some expert advice from Mark. With so many mattresses to choose from having an expert on hand to talk through all of the different types is a must. We spent a lot of time trying, talking and laughing about our potential choice. But once we made that choice. We felt that with Mark's help we did. Our bed has now arrived and it is superb. Being delivered by B&R too means you get professional service from start to finish.
Whether you are a returning customer like us or it's your first time. You will always be greeted with a smile and a laugh. But above all they are professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Just had my small, modern house fully re-carpeted by B&R. Received excellent service throughout - from the first visit to the showroom which was helpful and informative, right through to sign-off. The fitters were efficient, cheerful and accommodating, and the whole process proved to be much les stressful than I feared. Carpets look super too!
