I like this place...I really do. Excellent sun terrace and the staff are really friendly. Visited last weekend and beer has been reduced to £3.50 per pint...great news as since Covid beer in Bar Rumba has been quite expensive. Wanted a wine for a change and really Bar Rumba!!!.....£7 for a 175ml bottle...how much!!!! Have I got to pay for the reduction to the beer prices? Not happy but I'll be back...just for a Strongbow not a wine.

Absolutely disgusted!!!!! Came in with my disabled daughter had a drink we decided on another which took an age then to be told no carling left 🙃 no problem we will drink something else. I then asked a member off staff where the toilets were he said he didn't know 🤔 I then took my disabled daughter to be changed and realised we needed a key. I stood at the the bar and watched a small lady dark hair and glasses serve and serve customers saw us and carried on! So I had to take my daughter back to our table and change her nappy on the floor in the middle of the pub!!! If you would like to review your cctv from 9pm you will see us all! Disgrace

Bar staff great, but sat with family and kids. And in the bar it was full of smoke from the next doors cafe. It just circulated round the bar. Kids was coughing all the time. My kids love it in there with the little arcades and playing pool. But had enough and had to leave couldn't take the smoke any longer. But have to mention young lad behind the bar couldn't do enough for us. POOL £2 A GAME. JOKE.

Like the pub and use it every time we've stayed on Coastfields (5 times so far this year), beer not a bad pint and far cheaper than o'gradys and the anchor, especially during happy hour... first time we went, the young lad serving us was fantastic, very friendly and funny.. the next few visits different staff and different atmosphere, none of the staff spoke to each other and only spoke to customers to ask for the order and to take the money... I could understand if it was very busy and they were rushed off their feet but the place was more or less empty.. there is one lad working there who never smiled once. Have just come back from a long weekend at Coastfields and went in the pub and the staff were happy, smiling, chatty with customers and each other and very helpful... then the same none smiling lad came on shift and you could see the change in the staff... a complete misery who clearly doesn't want to be there.

Had to give this place one star, as it's impossible to give zero stars. The upstart who served us had a terrible attitude, rude and obnoxious. He refused to serve our friends 2 sons who are both in they're late 20's, as they didn't have I.D. as we had already bought our drinks, we quickly drank up and left. We wont recommend on drink here again!
