I bought a pair of walking boots a few months ago and the trim on both boots started to ‘lift’ away. I went back to the shop to let the owners know. They took photos and contacted the company immediately. I literally walked out of the shop and received a phone call from them saying I would receive a brand new pair of boots. Amazing customer service is an understatement. I am a great believer in supporting local businesses and this scenario highlights how a business like BAC Outdoor Leisure Ltd deserves a fabulous review. Their excellent customer service starts in the actual shop from the minute you walk in and purchase goods but that service has clearly continued for me. Really well stocked store and as other people have mentioned, really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to head there and support local. My partner spent a very long time looking at boots elsewhere and after trying on 5 boots here, he finally bought a pair! Our go to place for outdoor gear now.

I've ordered a good few things from BAC Outdoor Leisure over the last ten+ years and highly recommend them. Free delivery too! It's a shame their products don't seem to appear in google shopping listings, so you have to go on the website itself and browse for a bargin.

Bought a new pair of ski boots and had them fitted properly. Tried them for the first time today and wow! What a difference a professional boot fitting makes! Even after a good ski session my feet were comfortable and warm. Also felt confident on my skis and able to carve some nice turns for the first time in ages. So happy! After searching high and low for the best deal on a particular Rab, BAC Outdoor Leisure came up trumps with not only the best price but wonderful customer service. Coat ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Saturday. Perfect!!

Rude, aggressive no customer service skills!
Opening times not made clear at the point of hiring ski wear. Tried to return items twice, however, shop closed both Times
Unnecessary, aggressive attitude when informing me I would not receive my deposit.
Keep the £10 and invest in some customer service training.
