Have visited the Amersham store a few times over a couple of months and each time we have received EXCEPTIONAL service! We needed advice for my son who has a back problem resulting from far too many hours spent on his laptop. He is autistic so it is hard to get him to change to a different way of sitting. However he loves his new chair and it is a great success. Jeremy took a long time and was very patient with him explaining the benefits of this type of chair.

On a subsequent visit we dealt with Sianna and she was so helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. We will definitely speak with her about further purchases.

Back in Action have revolutionised the simple art of sitting in a way that protects your back. Amazing!

I would thoroughly recommend this shop. In fact, I had visited many years ago when my children were infants and I needed chairs for them at the dining table. So glad to see Back in Action is still going strong and I am one of many loyal customers over the years.

Please let Sianna at Amersham know that the chair has been delivered. The delivery person was great and I think his name was Andy. Thank you for your patient assistance on Tuesday 7th Jan 2025, when I visited the Amersham store. Sianna gave me an excellent guide on the types of chairs suitable for someone with a chronic back issue. My back has undergone 3 lots of surgery over the years with discs removed and more recently nerve denervation and the latter has not been successful hence the need to replace my old home office chair asap. The chair was a RH Logic 400 in fabrick. On the very first day in my study office I noticed immediate improvement in comfort and the "tilting sitting" principle, which was new to me certainly starts to work.

We bought a Stressless dining table and chairs just under a year ago from the Amersham Back in Action shop and the service by the team was excellent from sale (Polina, lovely) to delivery. We have very much enjoyed using the furniture until recently when one of the chairs developed a mechanism fault which rendered the chair useless. We were initially apprehensive about how Back in Action and the manufacturer would respond but we need not have worried. Mark and the customer services team swung into action, quickly inspected the chair, worked out the problem and agreed to replace the mechanism FOC. Fearing that any of the other chairs might develop a similar fault Back in Action and Stressless agreed to replace the mechanisms on all eight chairs FOC despite also reassuring us that none of the other chairs they have sold anywhere else have developed the same problem. Mark updated us progress at every turn and promises made were promises kept. We now have a complete dining table set again well in time for Christmas lunch, what a relief. I cannot fault the response by either the manufacturer or stressless which is not something that one gets to say that often these days. Of course, we would rather not have had the problem but knowing that the two companies have stood solidly and seamlessly (no finger pointing) behind their product and cared about our experience has turned an upsetting experience into a warm glow for both companies. Thank you both, Stressless and Back in Action.

Huge thanks to the guys in Back in Action Marlow. I had a chair which was causing me big issues re an extended gas lift.
