I have been looking for something from my childhood for many months - and I have finally found it in Bakkalim store I could not be any more happier ! Also Cihan helped me so much on letting me knew how to order ( I had many questions ) and he supported me to make sure I can order my product, answering all my questions etc. and when to expect delivery- delivery is very quick I ordered today and it will arrive on Tuesday ! I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the service as well as the excellent customer service I was provided:) Will be ordering many times more 1000% Recommed recommend recommend !!

I shop from my grocer in the UK and I am very pleased. They are very polite and caring. I live 3 hours away from London and it arrives within 2 days. They send me a gift in the box, it is a very thoughtful and nice gesture. DHL cargo is very good. They always provide information. I would definitely recommend it.Thank you

I ordered online, and a few items arrived with very short expiration dates, while one item didn’t have any expiration date at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience with their online delivery. I raised this issue with their team via WhatsApp, but I haven’t received any reply from BAKKALIM UK.
