I have been looking for something from my childhood for many months - and I have finally found it in Bakkalim store I could not be any more happier !

Also Cihan helped me so much on letting me knew how to order ( I had many questions ) and he supported me to make sure I can order my product, answering all my questions etc. and when to expect delivery- delivery is very quick I ordered today and it will arrive on Tuesday !

I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the service as well as the excellent customer service I was provided:)

I ordered online, and a few items arrived with very short expiration dates, while one item didn’t have any expiration date at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience with their online delivery. I raised this issue with their team via WhatsApp, but I haven’t received any reply from BAKKALIM UK.
