We’ve been on holiday locally and this is our favourite find! The coffee is superb. Such wonderful flavour and pastries etc are a treat! Gorgeous loaves, too. Worth travelling for this unusual, classy grocers.

Recently re-opened. Under new management. Very friendly family run community Village store. They stock everything from local fresh produce, locally baked pastries and bread daily, to everyday essentials and frozen goods. Pre-order a roasting joint or local pie by simply asking Nik or Bittu. Some top quality, reasonably priced wines, local ciders and hot coffee, along with healthy snacks, aloe vera drinks, coconut water and an interesting array of magazines and newspapers too. Even found a copy of New Scientist in there! And there's a new Art installation. Well worth a visit or stopping off at during a walk or cycle. Benches to be outside soon. Lovely place. Lovely People. 🙂

Everything I need to feed my family and pets at good prices! The owners are super helpful, friendly and go to great lengths to ensure there’s what we need when we need it. I highly recommend popping in for refreshments when you’re cycling through or walking your dog. There’s real hot coffee too!

Well stocked shop anything you cannot find will be ordered , the owners are amazingly helpful and friendly, burns bread and cakes delivered daily. So a lovely coffee and cake is a must.

Fantastic range of products including things you wouldn't expect in a village store (eg paneer cheese, coconut milk and oil and gluten free). Lovely friendly and helpful people too.
