I am actually shocked reading the negative comments and experiences people have had. I have been going here for a year now and not once come across any rude behaviour or shouting.
My wife had also visited a few times and had a pleasant experience.
Off late we have noticed that there is young boy / man at the tills and quite helpful

Edit: The last few times I have visited, the staff have been consistently polite and friendly. Hope this is a positive sign.
Past review: Very rude, time wasting staff. After 15 mins of informing me that my parcel had not arrived, with an aggressive and condensing tone, the vendor let me check my name against the Evri list. My parcel had arrived.
He had seen my name in writing. Complete time waster. Ask to check the list if he says your parcel hasn't arrived.

Loved shopping here! The staff were very informative and helped find me everything I was looking for. They have loads of South Asian items and everything else and more you'd want from a corner store!

A really convenient Indian store in Banbury, great if you are looking for spices and ingredients that you are used to back in India, especially Kerala. Owners are really friendly and helpful in assisting you.

The men who worked the register made me uncomfortable with their remarks and the way they were looking at me. They assumed I didn’t speak their language.

Staff have a terrible attitude and will shout at you for just having a bag or backpack. The attitude is appalling and you get spoken to terribly for no reason.
