Barbour Partner Store, Cirencester

Went in today and there was a lovely welcome from the lady who worked there, she said she was quite new and only worked there a month and she was fab. Super helpful, gave very good advice and knew the range of coats and service they offer well. I decided on a coat and I’m going to order the other colour from the website to try on in the shop. She was very nice, chatted to us and made our day.

Favorite brand for coats, especially waxed cotton workwear. Durable, with great technical fit and attention paid to every detail. Good staff, great selection of products in this store, especially for the men. Usually it’s the other way around, but Barbour Cirencester caters for everybody beautifully.

Really great experience purchasing a wax jacket today. The girls in the store are all so lovely and so helpful. Really good customer service. I needed my jacket waxing before the weekend and so I dropped it off on the Wednesday and they managed to do it by the Friday. I have attempted re waxing my coat before, but their service is exceptional. The coat looks and feels brand new. Thank you. Cracking service and good workmanship.

I came across this shop whilst visiting the area and discovered that they have a service centre for the re-waxing and repairing of their products. The manager - Amelia was kind enough to be able to have my wax jacket re-proofed within a couple of hours. Great service and great staff. Thank you

I needed two Barbour jackets re-waxed during my vacation. The women in the store were very kind and helpful, and our jackets are being rewaxed as we speak! We came from the US for holiday and brought out jackets with us as the cost and time it takes in the UK compared to the US is much less. Thanks for your help!
