This place deserves zero stars. Customer service is non existent. The guy behind the counter clearly wishes he was somewhere else, please do us all a favour and go there! Honestly a corner shop should be all about community and getting to know your neighbourhood, if you don't care then go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, as a previous person stated, rude & lazy. I went there today to use the Evri returns and had no idea how to use it, the guy just continued to ignore me and be on his phone. My baby started to cry and get really upset where I didn't know what I was doing and again he continued to ignore me. He had no bags for the parcels and couldn't care less. Seriously man get a new job as you are clearly very unhappy and life is too short!

Rude,lazy and I won't be trusting these with my parcels ever again! Wouldn't go look for my parcel as was on his phone ,pointed and grunted and told me go look for my parcel myself! I could have took anyone's parcel!

Not very impressed, took a parcel for return, I hadn't used the scan and print label machine before and so asked for help from the guy behind the counter who wasn't interested said he didn't know how to use it but then decided to give me instruction because I was struggling to know where to aim my phone as they had placed a label on it saying scan here but the actual reader was in a completely different place, won't be returning to use any of their services
