A nice peaceful place to get some food, a drink or both. The decor is nice, it’s well lit with some tall windows letting in a nice bit of daylight.

Breakfast is the quality of Lounges everywhere and arrives hot and fresh.

The only downside is enamel cups the beans are served in for breakfast are severely chipped which is a health hazard as I’d rather not be eating shards of enamel. It’s not food safe once it is chipped and should be disposed of. Both cups of both meals were in this condition.

Really enjoyed this place. Liked the online ordering, makes it easy for a big group, no messing about splitting bills at the end. Service was relatively quick all was seamless. The food was better than I expected, I really did enjoy my smash burger cooked well and very tasty. The wife went for tapas and was not disappointed. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food and we didn't have any complaints. Look forward to visiting again.

Pros : kooky fun atmosphere, food was good
Cons : hands off staff approach was a bit awkward for us

To clarify, not a bad experience, just an awkward one at moments. We came in and there was no real notice on where or how to sit. We looked a little lost and for a moment feeling/looking out of place almost gave the vibe as if we were in the wrong place by those watching us. We seated ourselves and then saw the ordering was all via app/online. I can see pros and cons to this - I prefer personal touches and interactions at eaterys- I'm from the south where hospitality is heavily ingrained and when ya avoid speaking to people it rubs me wrong haha.

The food menu was a mixed bag. Some things made sense, others didn't... it too was an awkward flow. That said, other than a tad too much oil on some things, the flavors were nice. It was a shame, other reviews and photos seemed so promising. Could just be luck of the draw. This was a rainy cold day, second day of January though, so maybe we all were a bit drab and sluggish.

As we were staying local, we looked around and given the lack of options we chose this place, we were not disappointed. Large ground floor restaurant with plenty of seating but if you just want to drink then that's fine also. We reviewed the menu and then ordered at the bar, it is possible to order from the table as well. Food was well presented, tasted great and was very filling. I would happily go back again if the possibility arises.

Nice place, serve a good variety of different drinks and great staff. Breakfast was amazing here. Noodles very underwhelming. 3 of us ordered the belly pork and were all disappointed. We found about 3 tiny cubes of meat and a small portion of overcooked noodles in there, basically just a salad with some hot sauce on it.

What a fabulous asset to Yeovil Barolo Lounge is. The staff are brilliant. Always polite and very helpful. There is a lovely buzzy atmosphere during the day and in the evening they light candles to give a buzzy but relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly and always welcoming at any time of the day or night.

After a fairly long wait for drinks and food to arrive I had to ask for the bacon that was missing from my Chicken, Bacon, Avocado burger. One side of my partners bacon butty was toasted from the lengthy period of time it spent under the heat lamp. I feel like quality control has gone out the window. And its all app service, absolutely no customer service skills when you need to speak to someone.

This is one of the best places to visit in Yeovil for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The service is always amazing and staff are super friendly. The food is absolutely delicious and never takes very long to arrive. There’s plenty of seating and just an all round lovely place to go for drinks or something to eat.
