The worst after sales care I have ever received from any company.
The installation was problematic as all of the parts are not ordered at the beginning, therefore waiting on parts being delivered to progress.
Items they ordered using their measurements didn’t fit, and we couldn’t have handles on units as planned, as it was only realised when fitting, they would have hit the wall panels.
While they may be cheaper, definitely not worth the saving.

Lots of options to see and very knowledgeable staff whom know how to fit a bathroom and willing to share their advise and go out of their way to come up with options. Their prices are competitive and free local and quick delivery. Their showroom isn't a high street pristine one, but you can see how it all comes together and better for someone wanting to do it themselves or a fitter

Recently found this place, plenty of stuff on display.
Because it's a trade shop they can cut the prices to almost 50% book price. Staff were very helpful. Delivery is quick and free.
This place is a know brainer if your looking for bathroom stuff.

By far the worst buying experience i've had in recent years.

One of my en-suites needed a revamp so figured I would get the other plus bathroom done at the same time for consistency

Parts arrived late, mismatched or broken, such as

2 different shower mixers & one was missing the rubber seal meaning they couldn't be fitted
end panel for the bath was different colour to the side panel
shower door was damaged
2 towel rails were one size but 3rd was totally different so wouldn't fit under the window

It was such a botch that my plumber gave up and went off to do another job, leaving me in a position with no water for 2 weeks.

I think it was the manager who was really helpful and tried putting things right to be fair but when it was issue after issue, I went in on what turned out to be his day off and spoke to the chap in the back office who I assume is the owner. He refused to do anything about it, started swearing and got aggressive.

I ended up having to claim off my credit card who ruled in my favour and bought items elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ok they are cheap but as others have mentioned, the service and attitude of some of the staff is disgusting

Good for anything you want for bathroom or kitchen, good choice, good price but beware this is not a posh showroom but they have better choice than all the major retailers, go round the big boys get a list of what you want and compare the price, no brainer, these guys know what they are talking about most local plumbers go there

Outstanding service and prices as good as or better than online. Andre the Sales Manager was really helpful with suggestions and telling you what is best and not best for your bathroom. No pressure to sell to you and its great to be able to walk around and actually see and touch the real thing rather than just going online. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

Although Andre is helpful and friendly the management of the store is poor and cluttered. Several incorrect items delivered that took too long to rectify. Have got a faulty shower bar valve that has been back twice and still not been fixed. I have decided to take the hit and buy one on line.
