A compact Indian vegetarian grocery shop selling dry and fresh ingredients, snacks and sweets. Most of the dry ingredients are on racks, with some fresh fruit, veg and spices in boxes and some food in fridges along one wall.
On my visit the member of staff was helpful when I asked about an item missing from the shelves. They told me that they had the fresh version in stock.
In the end I bought some snacks instead.

I live in northEast UK in Durham. I have ordered fresh Indian vegetables and some groceries. I am so please to say that all the vegetables I got were very very fresh. Frozen items were well packaged with ice pack in it. Vegetable and grocery all items were reasonably priced (not at all expensive like other online delivery shops).
My order was delivered in 5 working days by DPD. I have received text when my parcel would be delivered.
I am very happy and now on this is the only site I'm going to use for online shopping.

We order 3 boxes mangoes and one box was completely bad. I mailed them and shared the picture of the mangoes over the email but they were not ready to accept the fault and not ready to refund. They were arguing. I am awaiting for their written reply for next action. If they will not accept the mistake and refund, i will do the necessary legal action because they asked me to consume it.
The lady took the phone doing arguments even i shared pictures over the email but she said it can be done over night and other non-digestive excuse to cover-up and avoid refund, she asked me to cut and eating without thinking it can be harmful for health.
I reported over the email and awaiting for their formal revert for the next action

Given a 1 only because there isn’t an option for a 0. Poor service! I placed my order on the 7th of August, it was never shipped and no information from their side. Only when I contacted them, did they say that they didn’t have any packaging for cold items! I mean, I’ve ordered from plenty of places online and never heard that an online store isn’t prepared for an order, especially since I’m a small business owner myself! They promised to ship by the 12th, still never got any shipping notification. When I tried contacting them, there was no response! I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to recover the amount of the order!! Avoid like the plague!! This company is a disgrace!

Nice little shop for Indian groceries, spices, etc. The only disadvantage is that they sell out of stuff very quickly, and it takes quite a while for them to restock. I would advise checking online before going to the store to see if they have items you want in stock. You can order online and collect in store, which is also great. I would have given 5 stars if they had regular stock.
