Fantastic service! Ordered shoes, they arrived within 3 days and a perfect fit- so glad I chose Begg Shoes.
As it happens the trainers are are a perfect fit and better than expected being so very lightweight, however if they hadn't been right and had needed returning Begg shoes offer a low cost returns label which would have saved any hassle.
Carolann sent a very nice message in with the shoes and the overall feeling was that this company cares. I guess we're all guilty of jumping on Amazon to place orders but let's give these smaller outlets the chance to compete, not only on goods but on service too.
I find it very difficult to get adult size 2/ 34- 35 shoes so maybe i should look at this retailer more often
