Extremely rude behavior and a lack of basic customer service skills. He seemed annoyed and acted rudely just because I handed him two return parcels one after the other, as he needed to scan a second receipt.

Just such a horrible man. He’s been rude to me and wife about parcels being collected. Why is he bothering being a collection point. I will now avoid shopping here but I will make sure I get all my parcels delivered here.

Extremely rude and unhelpful man behind the counter. I wanted to return a parcel and he just snapped at me that it was on the other side of the shop and when I printed the label and took the parcel round to him, he snatched it out of my hands and threw the receipt on the counter! Now that's how you make customers want to return to your shop!

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and the interesting selection of items available. The owner were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to help me find what I needed. The shop had an impressive range of household items, including cleaning products, fuses and toiletries, all at reasonable prices.

Moreover, the variety of unique products was impressive. They had a great selection of international snacks, sweets, and drinks, which I found fascinating! I discovered some new treats that I would have never thought to try otherwise.

Overall, I highly recommend this corner shop for its great service, unique selection of items, and convenient location.

Very rude and unwelcoming customer service. Felt like it was a real hassle to the member of staff to return a parcel here. Shop was a mess too. Only go here if it’s a last resort.

Staff unhelpful at best, rude (huffing and indifferent) at worst. I'll avoid at all costs. To be polite and helpful really costs nothing!
It's such a shame as this used to be such a lovely corner store but the attitude I was met with today when collecting and sending Evri parcels left much to be desired.
