Best buy going down now. I bought 2 box lemon dressing those are out of date. I thought it's mistake. I aks sale man to give new stock he said we are only selling this one which is out of date. They go offer on suriya rice which is good price what's the point if you don't sale offer price Even though offer date is still on. Avoid

Staff attitude not good at all. Once, staff made a comment when I was checking date on a loaf of bread. And another time was sold rotten greek watermelon! Was told no refunds given on fresh fruit and vegetables, even when it was sold rotten! Will not shop here again!

Really really bad customer service. Cashier guy at check (glasses, short , slim) very very rude customer rapport during my visit today causing alot of distress, and sadly the manager/owner just looked on and didn't say or do anything able it or even have the decency to apologise. Shame on you Best Buy, you were one of the good ones

Avoid at any costs, over priced out of date products, misleading prices on shelves and when you return a product and ask for a refund you get ganged up on sworn and shouted at, absolutely disgusting service what is worse the manager has no respect for his customers thinks he is doing everyone a favour by selling the products he sells and he sets an example of rudness that is beyond explanation, would give this place a minus 5 if Google allowed.

I usually shop here to buy all my lentils, seasonings, nuts, spices and meat.
Great place to shop, everything under one roof pretty much. The meat is always fresh and clean, 5* food hygiene rating too which is very very important to me. All meat is HMC certified.
They also have a brilliant website to do your shopping with free delivery available.

Some stuffs are good but recently new stuffs are rude, without good manner, far far away from High-street supermarket . Sometimes , Lots of good offer, sometimes rotten veg& fruit. Not consistent, at all. Good is they have small onsite parking

Go up
