I would give it zero star if i could.

I bought 3 soft drinks for £4.50 in that shop and when I tapped my card, I was told my card did not go through.

He was fiddling around with the machine tearing receipts at least three on the machine after I tapped.

Then, he asked me to put my card in the machine which I did when I tried to tilt the machine in my hand he pulled it firmly back.

It did not click my mind what he was doing at the time, and I put my pin in. My whole family has been in that shop before for few items when we are nearby, I did not think he was like this. Little did I know, I was trusting a mafia when I should be on full alert as he is after my money.

He then gave me two receipts. He said this is for the one that did not go through and gave me another. Handed them to both at the same time at the end.

Why didn't you give me the first receipt as you were fiddling around with the machine. Is it cause you knew I would check it and you would have been caught while I wait?

Two days later I checked my bank statement his "smokers"account ( the name of the account they use in the shop has charged me £4.50 when I first tapped (my payment did go through at first) and then the second time he charged me £7 for absolutely nothing and it is all on my bank statement.

The audacity of him telling me to put my card in as if it was his money he was collecting from my account. When I think of it now it just angers me but I put you in God's hand. He will handle you for what you did to me and possibly you doing to others same. I have no doubt.

He is a professional thief as he kept my first receipt with him then when he overcharged me the second time which I did not realised at the time, what he did so I won't notice he gave me the first receipt which is the £4.50. He kept all the receipts for the £7 pounds so I won't know but people have online bank account can check and will see you have been dishonest.

Thanks to you I have now turned on my notifications in my online banking so I get a text for any transactions I have going in and out of my account. If my payment go through and they lie like you did, I will know as I will be notified by the bank.

Stay woke people. Keep an eye on your balance or change even and avoid using card in this shop.

I will never enter this shop again and the look I will give him when I will see him outside that shop when I walk past I think he would automatically know.

I have banned my whole family from entering this shop from now on and of course I told them what you did to me. I am local and I will let everybody that I know know.

You should be ashamed of yourself and I do think your license should be revoked. You are not a honest shopkeeper.

There were two of them in the shop both of them customer service was appalling.

£11.50 for three soft drinks is just crazy in this day and age. They are not stealing pennies anymore pounds pounds and more pounds.

I will be reporting to local trading services and who knows you might get a mystery shopper and I hope you get caught, get filmed and put to shame on social media. That will serve you right as well as a hefty fine and lose your license for trading.

Very courteous guy works there. I go in to get my milk from there. There are plenty of indian stuff there and it is conviennent. Prices are reasonable.
