I would have given a 5 star but its unbelievably cold in there. Its very cold out today but colder walking in there. Feel sorry for the Staff. This is very unhealthy for them and can lower their immune system.

Ok, bit disappointed really, apart from the barman, the other staff seemed flustered and pretty clueless. One of them looking like she'd slept in her uniform. Towel in room had hole in and frayed, bin hadn't been emptied from previous occupant and teaspoons dirty. Not the usual standard expected from a Premier Inn

In a handy location, the store is great if you need to collect a parcel or grab some milk. All the basics are there. There's also a cash machine!
