Hello bestway..where do I start? Hacked twice and then acted like nothing ever happened; lucky customer info was not stolen. Oh let us buy multiple businesses but cannot offer staff proper Christmas bonuses. New manager brings me in twice knowing I wanted my job back and still waste my time but not hiring me. Constantly moving items around every 3 months. Barely have anything on the shelves (are they not paying suppliers?). Pick & choose who they want to offer deals to. When it comes to damaged goods and out of date stock, staff are not given priority and when customers want it, offers are still laughable. Only started training members of staff on FLTs as of last year. So many shelves constantly empty because they don't or can't get things in. The best part is they want to enslave you with no perks but if you can get a better job chance elsewhere, they won't let you leave. Bestway is a right joke of a company and can't do anything right. I feel for the small handful of employees I got along with - Signed former employee

Very rude staff some of the most rude people I have ever met. Do not help you out at all and talk to you like their better than you. Very low variety available better off going to bookers down the road. Crazy forklift drivers driving so fast they're probably going to kill a customer one day. Do not ever come here unless you want to be treated like dirt or want to get hit by a lunatic operating a fork lift.

Such rude staff stare at you and talk to you like your dirt. Place is very confusing to go around, forklift drivers driving recklessly around the aisle which makes it very dangerous for customers. I would not recommend this place for anyone, if you are looking to go to a cash and carry use bookers or brakes etc. AVOID THIS BATLEYS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a complete mistake, it should be called.
I have been in contact for over 10 years but the quality of services is spent on the head and neck in a negative sense.
Still shortcomings and mistakes not delivered goods, and so round no payment despite the cash payment.
I advise against cooperation and do not recommend.

Staff are all friendly and informative. Just doesn't always stock what I need. The place is always clean and it's a quick turn around. They've just set in place a new system and with anything new have had a few problems.
