I went today and got a lovely chicken curry with boiled rice and Ive gotta say the lads working there were as scouse as they come but were so kind and polite and very generous and I saw how nice they were with the customers in front of me too.
If other buisness and people in general needed to know how to be pleasant and nice these lads can teach you it actually doesnt take much to be kind. And my food was delicious. Great food wonderful service 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

While it's undeniable the quality of most of the food is good, the customer service is diabolical. They serve who the choose, regardless of whether or not there is a queue. If you complain or challenge them in any way, you're met with antagonism and aggression. If business depended solely on customer service, this place would go bust in weeks.
