Having done extensive research online, this company offered the best prices for a mattress. Throughout, they kept us informed about delivery dates etc. and delivered it ahead of predicted time. Free delivery as well. The delivery men were very good and respectful. Thank you. Following this, we purchased a bed frame from the company - again, very good price and free delivery. would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again if needed.

Extremely pleased with our Hypnos mattress bought from Big Brand Beds.
The price was very competitive. We were kept informed when to expect our delivery which we knew would be delayed since they are made to order. Their delivery service was second to none with their drivers going above and beyond. They removed our old mattress free of charge, which was such a help.

Very good experience with Big Brand Beds. I ordered a Hypnos Mattress at the end of November as a Black Friday deal saving me just over £200 on the mattress. The mattress was delivered in January in accordance to the timescale given. The delivery was early in the morning and the men brought the new mattress to the bedroom and took the old mattress away for recycling. Can't ask for more than that and I'm very happy with the mattress. Wonderful quality service and item.

It’s the first time using this company and it won’t be the last. My order was taken, I was kept fully informed of its progress. The delivery was very difficult due to the stairs in my house but the delivery men were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help get my bed into the bedroom. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Fantastic first time purchase from Big Brand Beds. I ordered a Die Zudecke 100% Canadian down duvet at a very competitive price (1 website I looked at was over triple the cost!).
Ordered on the Saturday afternoon, received by Royal Mail tracked on the Tuesday (thank goodness they didn't use Evri 😆).
Beautiful, well made duvet that I'm sure will last me many years. Thankyou.
