Absolutely fantastic bar and arcade in Ingoldmells, Skegness. The place is always buzzing with life, it has to be one of the best arcades within the Skegness Area! Myself and my family always visit Bj's when we visit Ingoldmells and I have to say, it's always such a great experience.

With the Cafe on the lower floor, you can always find something nice to eat whether it be Breakfast or Lunch. Also, their range of Arcade Machines provide great entertainment. During the afternoon, the upstairs Terrace area makes for great enjoyment too.

With a food venue, bar and entertainment, sitting in the upstairs Show Bar is always an enjoyable experience and one that we do everytime we get away!

We visited Ingoldmells this week, we came into your arcades and had the best experience. There was an assistant who was very helpful, friendly, and just a genuine lovely man and he is the reason I am leaving this review today. His name was Ian, he is an absolute credit to your business and most the assistants could learn a lot from him. I didn't get the chance to come in before leaving to thank him and say goodbye as he definitely made our stay a pleasant one. So if you get to see this, and know which Ian I am talking about please tell him Becky and Lynette from Birmingham said thank you for being the best 👌 we will hopefully see you all again next year 😊

Arcade is pretty good, but staff are incredibly rude in general, one girl almost ran smack bang into me and didn't seem to care at all. They seem to make up their closing times as they go. On Wednesday we asked what time they close on
Thursday we were told 6pm they kicked us out at about 5pm, on Wednesday they closed at 5:30pm makes it hard to plan when to go. Not the cleanest either. There are plenty of arcades about go to one of those I would not waste your time here.

We nipped in to watch the football and let the kids play. Win win for us and them.. so we thought. Got here upon opening 12pm, there was only one staff covering food, bar and bennies play area kiosk.

Waited for the only bar staff to come back from a cigarette break (it was 12.05). Once served, we asked if possible to pop sky sports on the screen. Waited 30 mins for the to get sorted. As I was told they hadn’t had time to set it up yet.

None of the toilets had toilet paper in, I mentioned to someone who worked here (this point there was one cleaner, bar and food working and I presume some sort of manager walking round). I was told the cleaner is on a cigarette break she will sort in a moment and use the disabled toilet. Disabled toilet had poo in blocked up. So I opted to take my daughter to the other toilets available and used a napkin to wipe.

I asked the bar staff what time food is open and she said it open now but the food lady has turned the screens off so she can have a cigarette. At this point it was 1pm.

Food was basic, wouldn’t order again. Was quick but basic. Out of hot dogs. The street food is not what I would have in mind for street food, maybe that’s a personally thought.. I don’t know. Once food arrived, we asked for some cutlery and the food lady gave 1 fork between 4 of us. Asked for more and she huffed and went to look for more out the back, as the tray only had 1 fork left for customers.

Soft play personally I thought was very expensive, £5.50 per child! Min height 3ft and max height 4 foot 10 inch. The soft play is very large and plenty of room. Isn’t the cleanest.

We had two drinks (2hours max) here and in this time one particular staff member had at least 8-12 cigarette breaks.

I suppose over all I was just baffled that opening was 12pm and they were no way ready. Surly the cleaning should have been done and toilets checked and stocked up etc. regarding bar and food, if less cigarette breaks were taken (or at least scheduled every couple of hours) staff would be able to have stocked up on items and provide a service without leaving customers waiting to be served for food and drinks whilst they are once again on a cigarette break.

We had breakfast at bjs today. Only one lady cooking everything and had quite a few orders to make all at once, felt bad for her. However we asked for no egg, we told the lady who did apologise but took the egg off the plate (lucky it was a dislike and not an allergy). I had a hair in my food, no hair nets are worn. My daughter saw the lady touching raw bacon and wiping it on a tea towel and then cleaning stuff, no hands washed. When staff were removing used plates off the tables they were not sprayed after, again bad for hygiene and allergies. The cafe ladies toilets.... (surprised they haven't shut the place down for this).... No toilet rolls, dead flies in the toilets and sinks, no hand soap, weird coloured toilet roll blocking the sinks. There is no way the toilets are cleaned regularly or I'd go as far as to say not at all, which is disgusting and very unhygienic. Unfortunately that was our first and last experience there.

Had my little ones go into the play area at the top and we was assured the gates were safe and we could go to the bar and grab them some soft drinks only for us to get back and our 3 year old had got out and was now missing along with another toddler.
We found our little boy outside near the road and was rudely spoke to by the lady manager about keeping a eye on our own children.

Currently sat in bjs and the staff behind the bingo / raffle shop are the most rudest I have met ! The curly hair girl wants sacking if I'm quiet honest no respect for her customer's! The lady behind the bar is lovely tho I think she from China but my god she's had the best customer service

Very rude bar staff. Last orders was called my son got up to get a drink was told by Chinese lady bar closed. She then mocked him and laughed at him and pointed with other staff. She also told us earlier the acts were awful(not a good advert for the venue) The fat bouncer then came with attitude and told us they was shutting the venue. Very unprofessional staff. Maybe a course in customer service would help
