Great shop this- always good for herbs,spices,oils plus so many other ingredients. Excellent value too.

Worst shop in Burgess Hill literally the women owner accused me of stealing because I couldn't hold all my shopping. Absolute disgrace the owner is, nasty women. I spend alot of money in this shop won't be anymore.

Terrible experience. I understand this shop has decided not to accept Northern Irish sterling notes (which makes no sense, but I digress) but when you're refusing to accept the cash, laughing and saying you don't accept Scottish notes, it's unbelievably rude and so ignorant.

Also this shop charges £2 for card transactions, which is illegal.

The rudest customer service from the manager l have I've ever experienced, Its my first time in there and I was walking round looking for the tills and manger spotted me and insted of helping me he said "you can't get out this way", and I said "I'm looking for the tills", to which his response was "thats what I said, you can't get out this way!". How unhelpful is that. Insted of saying follow me sir I will show you where to go to get too the tills, can I help you with anything else today Sir, no, Ok enjoy the rest of your day. Its not hard to give good customer service & this was not good at all.

Excellent selection of herbs and spices. Looks like a regular newsagent/convenience store from the outside but it has a really well stocked section at the back of the store.

Best in Burgess hill for rice, lentils, beans, oils, seasonings. Well worth checking out.

Absolutely awful experience, items on the shelves not priced up, all I wanted was a cheap bottle of red wine, the girl did not know any of the prices and had to ring every bottle into the till and cancel it, until I found a price that was reasonably acceptable, never going to this lousy shop again.

what a great little store, i live in the town and didn't even know it was here until reading the previous reviews. great selection of Asian spices, rice, etc, well stocked, and very friendly and helpful staff. Saves me having to go all the way to Crawley. Will definately be using them from now on.
