I was delighted to find Bolney Stoves where I could view a couple of bioethanol stoves working. I was served by Chris who was very knowledgeable and patient.
I ordered an Arada Solution 5 widescreen bio ethanol stove in a custom colour and it was delivered today to my home in Cambridge.
It looks great, gives off plenty of heat and was very easy to install.

Bryan from Bolney Stoves came out to do a quote for a log burner install. During the survey he was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain why a safe install was not possible for us, saving us from getting half way through the project before having to abandon it. As such I would recommended them even though we didn't get the result we wanted!

Good advice and helpful while you're spending money but sadly the after sales service leaves much to be desired, particularly when your only course of action when you have a problem is to go through your supplier. When I voiced my disappointment by email, I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response. When you've spent the best part of £10k your expectations are slightly higher!

Why has it taken the writing of a review to get a response? It is clear that you were concentrating on moving premises, which is fair enough, but perhaps if this had been communicated to us?You actually handled the agreed replacement with Stovax and when we called them they said they had no record of the replacement. You had made it clear that you were not prepared to call Stovax on our behalf because of long waiting times, yet we got through in five minutes....

This is classic: Needed a flue part urgently on Saturday, the very helpful chap working even waited 10mins after closing (I'd gone to the old showroom) for me to arrive.. Bought a section of flue which then turned out to be - due to my mistake - needing to be returned. Went in and was given a full refund - and also more helpful advice, so, these guys know their stuff for sure, and it can't be fun when customers do what I did, but if you want to support local business, work with people who know what they are talking about, and have somewhere easy to go back to if need be, definitely recommend Bolney Stoves!

We had a beautiful wood burner fitted about 14 years ago and unfortunately the glass door was cracked a couple of months ago. I contacted Bolney Stoves asking if they could arrange a replacement glass pane.
Paul emailed back very quickly and offered to collect the damaged door which he did the next day. He cut and fitted the glass, refurbished the door and delivered it back the next day.
We are so grateful for this amazing service. Thank you so much.
